Finally, after 2 months, i have started a blog. I hope that I'm not a person that Dane Cook would see on the street and go, "He looks like a Blogger." The purpose of my blog is for a number of different things:
- I have an opinion, a very strong one usually, when it comes to music. Reasons why certain things are popular while others aren't. Why an album, so magnificent as it is, is talked bad about/didn't sell many copies. Who is actually good and who is just catchy.
- Discovering new music is an adventure. Popular vs Unpopular. Main Stream vs Garage Band. As i discover a new band/artist, i want to give a full view spectrum of who they are, where they're from, what inspires them, and why they're music is big or not.
- This is a record keeping process for me to share with others my journey to becoming a music producer. Followers will be able to see the steps i have taken, what i have learned, and what i plan on doing to achieving my success.
- Life influences music, but music can also influence your life. My goal is to show how the two work hand in hand, what you should watch out for, and how it can affect you. Your attitude can easily be affected by the music you listen to.
- Last, i want to be able to share my thoughts randomly on a page. Either i will share a new song i have written or you'll just hear me rant and rave like now. Writing has always been a way for me to relieve stress and get away.
Music is my life. Production is my passion. Success is my outcome.
This is my motto i remind myself as i shoot for this marvelous goal. i look forward with great anticipation to achieving the one thing that means alot to me. Stay tuned. You're in for a bumpy ride. No lie.
